Dickens Home at Gad's Hill Place
As a child Dickens' father told him about the episode of the robbery by Falstaff in Henry IV, Part 1, set at Gad's Hill and even speculated that his son might come to own this house there which he did, a very literal involvement with Shakespeare's script.
