4.13 George Frederick Cooke (1756-1812) as Iago

Though Cooke excelled with villains such as Iago and Richard III, the inclusion of this very erratic person is unexpected. His association with the great acting dynasty of the Kembles may explain his presence. Like many 18th c. actors he appears somewhat overdressed.
